try disconnecting GW attributes and then do a graft
or even first sync the item
check the link config for all open connections between MTA's first otherwise
a sync does not work

for doing a restore with a specific FID see my tip from 2005:

don't forget to list the users that have access or proxy access

when doing a rebuild of a dom connect to the prim then tell C1 to store the
rebuilt file to a local path then later stop the POA and copy the rebuilt
one over the existing one (or rename the old one for backup)
