[ngw] OT - WebAccess not populating TO during reply

Hi Dave, I'm usually do the same and wait for a bit just in case. However, in this instance I had a couple of high flying vocal staff members screaming "GroupWise bad, Exchange good" so on it went. Mind you, they still scream this at every browser or internet fart while using WebAccess. :-)

Cheers,
Ben.

Ben,

You know what? I am not at HP1..........I downloaded it but never actually applied it. Hate when that happens! I'll give this a try. Usually with hot patches, I'll download them but wait to apply in case they create more trouble than they were meant to fix......

Thanks for your input!

Dave

Hi Dave, yes I've seen this but not with 8.0.1hp1. I believe it was the HP that resolved the issue for me.
If you're running the HP1, it was suggested to me in the Novell GW forum to delete/create the webaccess objects and reinstall the software on your servers. Thankfully, I didn't need to do this.
Completely clearing the browser cache was a temporary fix for this, but eventually it would return.
Cheers,
Ben.

For some reason, my WebAccess (v8.0.1) will not populate the "TO" field when replying to a message from an external source. Yet it works correctly when replying to internal messages.

Anyone else ever see this?

Dave
