[ngw] D101 issues with sending appointments

We have one user whom we have had some trouble with ever since she changed
her name. For some reason there were problems when the name was changed.
We think the problems were caused by the fact that the BES server wasn't
changed over first and so for a short time she had accounts under both
names. In any case, we did a gwcheck with a special option and it seemed to
fix the problem, but her old e-mail did not come across. So, we had to go
back in to her account from before the name change, archive the items and
then bring them back in. She got everything back, but now when she sends
appointments, they get scheduled in her calendar, but some or all of the
people she sends to do not receive the appointment request. Most of the
time she gets a D101 error, indicating that the user isn't in the system.
However, the users are in the system and she is the only one who gets the
error. Has anyone seen this and/or know what to do about it?

Thanks.

Sue

Maybe set the view properties to "details" long enough to get the folder
moved?

Does any one have a suggestion for this email. It is from the Hoosier

Thanks in advance.
