Anybody know...can I follow the other Browser User Agents and simply Add one for the Blackberry by typing *Blackberry* and configure it to use "Basic HTML"?

Joe-
I've found the Browser User Agents page...if I click "Add", how do I know what the name of the Browser User Agent should be for Blackberrys? Is there any documentation anywhere? Thanks, Lori

Well you can try updating to 704 to see if that fixes it. My guess is
that since it last worked the users are running newer versions of the
Blackberry OS on their devices which may require GW8 to have this all
happen automatically. If you want to manually play around, pull up
the properties of the WebAccess application object in C1 (not the
gateway, but the application, probably exists within your GW domain
object if you view the domain as a container). Go to
Application->Templates, click on Define User Interfaces, Browser User
Agents, and from there you can add the appropriate user agent for the
BB web browser. You can see "Windows CE" is in there for Windows
Mobile devices and Blazer for PalmOS devices, with both being set for
Basic HTML. This forces those platforms to use the basic interface.
You my need to do the same for the BB.
