[ngw] Helpdesk Password Change Tools for GW on LINUX

Just curious what folks are using for this.   I've got a large health care organization I'm going to be migrating to LINUX in the next month or so and they currently use a shareware app that allows their helpdesk to change GroupWise passwords without having to have access to ConsoleOne.    I'm going to be testing this app to determine whether it will still work on LINUX or not, but I was wondering what you guys are using for your helpdesks to change passwords.   I'm familiar with Matt Weisberg's app.  Love it!   I've used it extensively in my Litigation Support practice, although I haven't used it across a SAMBA share.    I guess that's another question I'm implying as well.    Initially Novell said DO NOT USE C1 ACROSS A SAMBA SHARE OR RISK DESTRUCTION!  :-)    Is this still the case?
