[ngw] Mobility policy question

My boss is wondering how other companies handle mobility access on privately owned devices. We don't have company provided phones. As part of the user agreement, legal and compliance wants to remotely wipe devices when an employee terminates. Some people think that is too heavy-handed for personal devices. What is your company's policy on how that is handled? Thoughts?

Thanks,
