It's the Results tab in GWCheck or Mailbox/Library Maintenance

It's found in a couple of places.

GWcheck (maintenance) It is found in the Logging tab at the bottom.

For scheduled maintenance. You will need to dig in the base setup of
the scheduled jobs which are basically GWCheck jobs...the same tab can
be found there.

The difference is that the scheduled maintenance is sticky...so once
assigned it will not go away. The Manual GWcheck is a one time thing
and has to be set every time the job is run.

I've looked and looked and can't find this setting.

And...you may want to check your automatic maintenance schedule just
case someone mistakenly ticked this option...otherwise they will
this notice every time the report or maintenance is run. How do I
this? I've done it. :-)

Probably someone ran a manual report and manually selected "Results to
Users"...at least I think that is how I've seen this happen in the

The only way to prevent this from happening is adequate training.

Over the weekend all of my users received a Admin GWCheck Report.
First, what caused this report to be generated and second, how can I
stop this from happening again?

thanks to all!!
