[ngw] Mass import of external users

I just used JRB Tools (jrbimprt) to import external users as part of an Exchange migration. What was nice, is that it allowed me to import the free/busy URL as well so busy searches from GW to Exchange work.

Hmm, I see a phone number and fax number field in the API docs, but I don’t see any mobile phone field.  That may not be exposed in the Admin API.
