[ngw] problem importing vcard sent from IOS

As a standard, I believe v3.0 has been around since 1998/1999, and v4.0 
since at least 2011. I don’t think the formats are interchangeable, so the 
client would need to know about every version.

I did a quick check and both Gmail and Outlook Mac (v15) produce v3.0 
format v-card.
