[ngw] ncp posix volumes

I need a push.  I'm creating ncp volumes on an older OES2 system.  Via windows 7 with NW client, I can see the volume I created, but none of the folders within.   Get a error trying.   Can see it in explorer but when clicked, cannot access.

Other volumes, previously created, are fine.   I've tried on a couple different linux servers and different paths.  Same problem.  

Something simple, for sure.
