Hello NGW,
We just upgraded to GW14 r2 sp1 on SLES11. We only upgraded the back
end, and will let users upgrade their clients if they wish. Everything
seems to be working great except the following:
1. WebAccess does NOT refresh ONLY WITHIN search results. If you
search for a string of emails, select one, some, all, and delete,
WebAccess will not refresh automatically, but does if refreshed
manually.
I can find lots pertaining to TID 7015350, but it does not resolve the
refresh issues within search results.
2. A Mac user has set up a Find Results Folder containing his Mailbox
and SentItems. Since the upgrade the folder is now only displaying
items from Mailbox and Trash, in both the Mac client and WebAccess. I
am not sure how upgrading the back end would affect the user
preferences/settings/folders, but it appears to be so.
3. Using WebAccess on any browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge), when a user
opens a mail message with an attachment, clicks on the plus sign and
then on the View, the view renders as expected, the user can close it,
and it is fine until any other action is initiated by the user (e.g.,
user goes to next message, selects a different folder, etc.)
I can find lots pertaining to TID 7015350 for 1.) above, but it does
not resolve the refresh issues within search results.
