[ngw] GroupWise 2012 GWIA Class of Service

We use Vircom ModusGate for our Anti-Virus/Spam solution for email.

I'll look to see if there is something in there or if I need to write a
script.  I have to make sure I satisfy all of the business requirements at
the same time.
