[ngw] After applying GW2014 r2sp2 webmail body content scrambled

This is a known issue, and you need to open up an SR to get the fix?  Does that burn up a contracted support call?

This is a known defect.  We have fixed it in an FTF patch.  Please open an SR and request the latest 14.2.2 FTF.

We just applied the GW 2014 rs2sp2 to our Linux server.  Our regular desktop clients seem to be functioning fine.  However, when we use webaccess, the client shows the messages in the inbox, but, when you open a message the content of the message is jibberish, no readable content.



If we go back to the desktop client and read the same e-mail, it is readable.



Any ideas?
