That seemed to have worked, Pam! Thanks.. so am I correct in assuming if a Dist List has a space in it "Group ABC" that you need to override internet addressing and put something in place of the space?

Check on the SMTP/MIME tab of the GWIA properties and see if you have the Expand groups on incoming messages box checked under the Inbound Settings.

We have a dist list here called "Computer Help", for example. How can we enable that to be emailed from outside the office via gwia? I tried going to Internet Addressing tab, doing an override, and typing in "Computer.Help" @ domain name. Sent an email from gmail to Computer.Help at domain and it said 550 No Such Recipient.
