[ngw] Classification in Send options

I have found some interesting behaviour from the classification drop
down in the Send Options tab. When you select one of the classifications
or the Mark Private options under actions then it will add some text
into the body of the mail between double asterisks.
However, when you compose a mail in HTML and select a classification
option and then add any text into the body of the mail it seems like the
classification disappears. If you view the source of the mail it will
still be there, but you can't see it when reading the mail.
Also, if you scan the body of the mail for that tag, it will also not
show up, it's like GroupWise hides it.

Any thoughts on this?
