[ngw] E-Mail SPAM/Filtering Products

SpamAssassin on a Linux box between GWIA and internet, for incoming.  It's "open source".  Not an entirely "hands off" solution. No "native" AV/Malware as such, there are "add-ons".

In another life used McAfee, in the original flavor and their Iron Mail after purchase of whomeverthatwas. and they left their own product to languish.  It worked well.

Whats everybody using for their email filtering product?
Cloud based or on-prem? Any pros/cons ?
Are you happy with it ?

We might be looking by the end of this year.
