I'm also curious as to what you feel they screwed up.  There are some definite annoyances, but nothing that stopped me from upgrading from 6 to 7.

Used to use GWAVA, until they (IMHO) screwed it up with the 7 release.
I understand that is being remediated, though.

Cloud based or on-prem? Any pros/cons ?
