[ngw] Corporate Address Book Group with users in a different domain??

Now. If you only want to email a group of people in that other domain and don't want to have the people themselves appear in the GW address book, create a group on that other domain i.e HR-dept at organization.com with all the desired members. Then just create a user with that email address in the GW system.
Alternatively if you have IDM all of this stuff can be done automagically.
