You're basically just making address book entries for your GroupWise users. The two systems talk only as two independent email systems would.
This e-mail message together with any attachments or reply should not be considered private or confidential because it may be archived and subject to public disclosure under certain circumstances, such as requests made pursuant to Wisconsin public records law.
The message is intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to which they are addressed. Please notify the sender immediately by e-mail if you have received this e-mail by mistake and delete this e-mail from your system. Please note that the views or opinions presented in this e-mail are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of the School District of Hartford Jt. #1. Any unauthorized use, distribution, copying or disclosure by you or to any other person is prohibited.

Ryan, Laura, thanks for the answer to my problem!
Awesome video Laura.
Follow up questions:
1. Now that the users are in an external post office we can now creates a
Distribution list in the GroupWise address book and include the external
users? They will receive the email in their Exchange mailbox and be able to
reply ?
2. When the external users are emailed directly to their domain, those
emails do not enter our GW system at all since their MX record points to a
different IP?
3. Does this setup allow busy searches of calendars/appointments between
the two domains? Or is that a totally different issue since its more than
just simple email and each system has their own way of handling calendars?
I would guess you could still send the external user an appt from GW using
the external PO?
Thanks
Bob
