[ngw] Corporate Address Book Group with users in a different domain??

Hi,
Further to what Joe has said... please just be aware that the Exchange
co-existence product does not work with Exchange versions higher than
2013. It *may* work with early [unpatched] versions of Exchange 2016 but
that is totally unsupported.
