Colin,
Will there be a documented method for upgrading to the new appliance?
Any thoughts on when we might see more enhancement requests moving to planned status? The Ideas portal only lists one as planned so far.

As an FYI... SMG on SLES 15 wrapped in the common appliance will be
available in a couple of Months.
A lot of work has gone into bringing SMG in line with what GWAVA 6.5 had
and added more features like multi-tenant support, multiple AV scanners,
DKIM, multi-threaded support. We have also added support for GroupWise 18
in a non intrusive way. Nothing has to be installed on the GroupWise server
to get scanning for the MTA, POA, WebAccess or GMS. A simple config change
is all that's required to get scanning for GroupWise.
I managed to get an article published in Open Horizons this year. It has
some great information. https://ohmag.net/?p=2790&es_p=9181620
