[ngw] What does "Purge settings (bag) record" indicate in the POA log file?

Thank you for asking, Laura.

Mostly, everything in my environment is GroupWise 14.2.3 build 129832 -
both back end and front end.  There are the occasional stragglers with a
14.0 or 14.1 client.  And two domains + one post office on GroupWise
18.1.1 build 133172.

But this particular client is a bit of a power user, and she does do a
lot of work on any given day.  Both her GroupWise client and the POA are
the same, standardized, version - 129832.
