[ngw] GroupWise API - disable account

Hello,

This is my command, at command line on the server, that works for me:

 curl -k --user admin:pwd -H "Content-type: application/json" -X PUT --data
"{\"loginDisabled\": \"true\"}"
https://147.2.77.186:9710/gwadmin-service/domains/dom1/postoffices/po1/users/myuser
