[ngw] "Sending" status in bottom left corner

I know I've seen this over the years but can't remember what the issue might be ;)
Have one user who is saying that her emails aren't "showing up on time" (refresh issue?) but then informed us that the bottom left corner of gropuwise client shows "Sending: (insert email subject here)", for an email that has already been read according to her Sent Items. I did a search for any errors in POA log, but nothing glaring. 

Anyone know what this might be caused by? I restarted POA also
