[ngw] Prime user databases not deleted

As I recall, pu db's are recreated should they be deleted. The guardian has a master copy of the share.

Read the "Guardian Database" section.

So if you cannot move one or such, it should not matter. A recreate of that will happen. What I do not recall and it does not say is when or how that happens. Is it during a user trying to access a shared folder or during a content gwcheck or what.

So I do not believe you need to be too concerned about it.

Take Care.

Subject: [ngw] Prime user databases not deleted

I´m currently in process of recreating customers post office, I managed
to move near everything to another post office and I have there last DB,
which is puxxxx.db for users shared folder.
Even the user unshared that folder, prime database is still on the old
post office. Is this WAD ?

I´m thinking about situation, when there are hundreds of users with
shared folders, will this mean, that after dumping the post office, they
will loose this shared folders ?
