but:

on 2022-06-09 MX for ngwlist.com was:
ngwlist.com     MX preference = 5, mail exchanger =
_dc-mx.c40916802662.ngwlist.com

Today on 2022-06-13 MX for ngwlist.com is
ngwlist.com     MX preference = 5, mail exchanger = ngwlist.com

Emails are being delivered, but this is still wrong by dedign.
The MX record needs to be pointed to a hostname in the domain, not to
the domain itself.
Yes this can work, but ist wrong design ...

Test with mxtoolbox...
